The 5 star must be for the exam part only because I have had a few visits there over that last 2 or 3 years and it never fails that I pay over 700$ for the initial visit and glasses and 2 to 5 months later im receiving additional bill for over 300$ No one let's me know i may need to pay additional money 3 or 4 months later . And to be honest I wouldn't mind a bill for 20 or 30 dollars but its over 300 ! Best eye doctor in indiana
Dr Christie and his staff got me a prescription where I can read my cell phone, and watch TV. I no longer feel that I have to take my glasses off to read. My insurance is covered by this office, and I live next door at Murphy's landing Apartments, a good place to live. It's a win win situation. Thank you for your professional staff that knows how to communicate and listen. Do not get your prescription here then go somewhere else to get less expensive glasses like some folks do.
