I choose this dental office based on reviews and insurance recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. BEWARE USING THIS DENTIST WITH INSURANCE I used this dentistry recently to have a new crown procedure. Christie's gave me the quote for my co-pay using my dental insurance, which I paid immediately. Shortly after the procedure, the insurance claim was denied due to Christie's mistake using a wrong claim code. Even worse, they waited over 180 days to file an claim appeal, and of course any appeal over 180 days is automatically denied. However, it even gets worse.
