Dr Choi has a very pleasant and friendly personality which immediately put me at ease and made it easier for me to discuss with her my condition, symptoms, concerns, etc. Very happy to have found her. I feel very confident with her overseeing my care. Even told my wife that if she ever needs a GI doc, Dr. Choi is the one.

Dr. Choi was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about my condition. She took time to explain things to me, gave me treatment options, and listened to the questions I had. She even answered a question I wrote on the portal within minutes one night. I wasn’t expecting a response until the next day and then there it was! Very happy to find Dr. Choi and know I’m in good hands!

Transferred from a different provider so an initial consultation regarding a colonoscopy was required. The entire process from scheduling to initial visit was great. Staff was friendly and professional, and my first impression\experience with Dr. Chou exceeded my expectations. Dr Choi performed an upper GI Endoscopy on me. She had an initial conversation with me going over the procedure and what I would experience. She was very thorough and clear in the description. Post surgery she gave details on her findings. The written results were available nearly immediately. I had a follow up call from her checking on how I made and are there any questions. I just want everyone to know that I was extremely nervous going into my colonoscopy last week. But Dr. Choi made me feel so relaxed. How? Her comforting words and engaging smile was all I needed to put my mind at ease. The procedure was ultimately over before I knew it. Dr. Choi is extremely professional. She is knowledgeable and her bedside manner is wonderful. My colonoscopy procedure was easily scheduled and went smoothly. When I woke up she was right there to let me know how it went and followed up with a phone call within a week to make sure I understood my results. I highly recommend her
