Stayed at a studio and then a one-bedroom through this rental property and would highly recommend them. Moved from out of state as a grad student and they were very helpful.
Mice/rats were a problem, we found poop behind furniture and in the closet, heard them in the walls and saw them twice on the floor. My dog caught and killed one and left it for me on my couch. Fridge stopped working at least two times a month and we lost food several times due to this. Everything in the place is as cheap as it comes and I was harassed several times for rent that I had already paid and was harassed and pressured to resign the lease.
