Great people. Lived for 5 years in one of their places. It was a beautifully restored apartment and they responded super quickly to any issues we had (generally within the hour) and communicated easily and well. So rare these days, and so appreciated! Truly going to miss that place!
I’ve lived in an apartment run by Christianson Ventures for 3 years and Karen as well as Brian and Kelly have been nothing but fantastic. They keep the property in great condition and have been very prompt about replying to emails and coming to deal with whatever issues spring up. I highly recommend this rental company.
