Their White Oak location was perfectly adapted to its surroundings, with its Austin-like semi-open-air structure, which is different from their proper sports bar facility in Midtown. The food was excellent but the $5 shake is not as large as the menu pictured with whipped cream. Needs more fans, too.
I have tried to call multiple times since 11 today. Iwas there Saturday night and noticed today, my account was charged an extra $5. Can someone please email me in order to vet my number so I can speak with a manager? I have never had a problem with being overcharged or bad service before Saturday.
These people are pretty legit. Super nice and the food is good too. Plus the guest that go there are nice as well.

Worst service ever!! The waitress ignored our table for 15 mins before asking us for our drink order. The cheese to our nachos was cold. We decided not to order food. Won't be coming here again.
Worst service my a waitress name Alejandra and was rude! Gave me a chipped glass! Handed me A glass with her hands in it and then had the Nerve to address me when I stated on the receipt she should quit and do something else! She never checked on my order and having a meaningless conversation about hooking with the two guys who sat behind us was more important that assisting the paying customers right next to her!
