Christian's continually delivers great food of various types, from picnic/barbeques, to fancy dinner receptions. He has great staff and provide wonderful suggestions for menus. Our UM department has used him dozens of time and always been happy!
Called to get catering for my reception. Made an appointment to meet at my venue to talk about logistics and options. I followed up about the appointment to ask an additional question, only to find out that they were canceling my catering because they found a bigger event. So not only did they cancel my catering and leave me in the lurch, they also weren't going to tell me until I reached out on my own. very unprofessional
