My husband and I are forever grateful for the entire NICU staff who cared for our premature son during his first week of life. As first-time parents, we were navigating one of the most emotional and uncertain times imaginable—and every nurse we encountered showed such compassion, professionalism, and care. But we want to give special recognition to Sydney and Giana, who made a beautiful and lasting impact on our entire family. These two nurses went above and beyond every single day. A handful of these nurses have no business working with new mothers and their families. Very insensitive, terrible communication skills. Very cold and completely ok with providing false information. If you are not sure about something, say that. I see Christiana Care takes full advantage of not having much competition in DE. All around it's just really not a great place to have a baby.

I was able to live with her in the room as my home was 2 hours away and for that I am forever grateful and as well as the amazing nursing staff. I had a few bad experiences with a couple of the nurses but a majority of them were great and I'm so glad I ha... read more

It's fine to monitor and check every aspect to make sure baby is healthy. But the way NICU scare the parents is not acceptable. both my kids were in NICU for more than a week and i was told numerous problems about my kids. Surprisingly they told us same health problems for both my kids who are born with 18months gap. NICU did exactly same treatment too. its very tough to get kids out from NICU. Once they are out from NICU, we took our kids to pediatrician and Nemours and both confirmed that our kids are fine with no issues w... read more
