I just want to say thank you to everyone at the Cardiac care unit that took care of me. They drained over 40 pounds of fluid from my body and pretty much saved my life. I am very grateful. The doctors, technicians, volunteers, food service workers, and especially the nurses were fantastic from start to finish. The hospital rooms were always cleaned and the food from the cafeteria were great. (no kidding) I felt like I was staying at a Marriott and not a hospital. Whoever was doing the phones today, their customer service for scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. When dealing with people who are dealing with life-threatening things such as blood clots you would think you’d be more compassionate and eager to help them get it figured out sooner than later. I guess I’ll go to the ER to get done what I already know needs to be done where you’re scheduling. Dept dropped the ball. I have a prescription and everything from my family Dr. Wishing you all a good day.
