Jess, a registered nurse on the 4th floor, was the only rude employee of the hospital we encountered during my daughter’s stay (from the cafeteria , nursing, cleaning, and doctor staff.). She didn’t acknowledge my daughter (20 years old, anxious, and upset) as she repeated walked past, threw IV tubing into the trash OVER ME, as I was finishing food over the trash so as not to leave crumbs on the floor, and THREW the pillow and blanket they gave us into a chair. Shockingly rude and unnecessary behavior.

The parking for visitors or people with appointment is more than a disgrace. How dare you not care. Day 3 now of no parking. The least they should do is open another lot and have a shuttle. We have had to use Valet because there is NO PARKING. We scoured the entire campus. Did anyone think of that along with your NEW SYSTEM? This is not acceptable. Who is responsible for this? So I posted the problem here and yet you want me to contact someone? What? Fix the problem! What the heck? I can't believe this.

Kevin C works for environmental services and during my current stay he would stop and visit to ensure there were no issues with cleanliness. Kevin and his staff kept the area I stayed in tip top shape and took pride in their work. He always had a smile on his face while doing it. While health issues are always hard it was nice to hear a knock at the door and find a friendly face. Thanks Kevin C you were a bright spot in my long quiet day. It was much appreciated.
