Been on hold for 45 minutes...and counting. Last week sat for an hour only to be disconnected. Your office staff is being paid to answer calls, not sit on their cell phones and scroll social media and play games. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Took my mom there last week after a fall. My mother was in pain. They did a full set of X-Rays and told us there were no breaks. After 5 more days at home, the pain became unbearable. Called an ambulance to go to the ER. After 11 hours in the ER, the scans showed a completely fractured hip! The ER doctor evaluated the films from the previous set and the fracture was present then. Whoever read the first films missed my mother's fracture and caused her enormous amounts of pain. Pathetic! Please do your job correctly.
