Horrendous customer service. I cant imagine how pathetic the ER is
Worse hospital in the world. Any "emergency" will start off with hours in the waiting room. They ask if you're in pain and still leave you there until your causing a scenario. I rather die than willingly go to this hospital. The list goes on.
I am a previous patient with ENT of Delaware. I tried getting an appointment twice, first I got no answer to my call and went to voicemail. I left a message and a week later had not gotten a reply back. I called again, dodged the voicemail, the auto answer put me on hold, I waited 10 minutes no pickup of my call.
