Dr. Hirokawa is the BEST! always listens to my concerns and offers sensible solutions. Cathy is also a huge asset to the team! I will follow them wherever they go! :)
Dr Hirokawa genuinely cares and takes the time. You don't feel like a number and pushed through like other Dr offices. Absolutely wonderful dermatologist.
As of today your Wilmington office is booked until July and your Newark office is booked until October, yes, October!! Please, for the love of God get more staff. Who on earth is going to wait nearly 6 months to a year to see a dermatologist.
Doctor Hirokawa is an awesome doctor. So smart and she has great bed side manner. It is hard to get a dermatology appointment anywhere in the state of Delaware. Believe me she is worth the wait.
Personally, I would give it 1 star only because first available appointment for new patients is Feb 2020. My recurring rash might eat me alive by then ha!
