I waited in the emergency room for five hours only to be told that I was number five to be seen. Patients that came after me left before me and me and one other person that I recognized in there we’re still waiting. I left and went to West Chester hospital. Terrible experience and I don’t want to hear call patient concerns because this seems to be the number one issue with this hospital is the wait time. There’s a lot of staff there there’s no reason that people are sitting in the ER waiting for five and six hours
Christiana Care continues to purchase more offices than they can handle. Very unorganized. Call Dr's office to schedule an appointment, sit on hold for an hour then schedule an appointment for them to cancel and not give an option to reschedule. As if it's easy to get a hold of a live person. They ruin these private offices that didn't treat you like a number until they take over.
If you have to go to an Emergency Room, do not go here. ER is too small for amount of people, triage area needs enlarged, wait was ridiculous. I left without being seen by ER doctor after 3 hours.
I was in a real bad place at the time, Dr. Qamar put me at ease and quickly addressed the worst of my issues. Once that was under control we worked on finding the correct dosage for the big issue! I have already recommended Queensridge to my Las Vegas friends! We never had to wait very long to be seen and he never rushed us through the appointment, he listened to every thing I had to say and has always been courteous and kind!
They never turned me down if I had an emergency. And till this day after my baby being 9months old, I have issues with breastfeeding and I'm only a call away from getting a same day appointment. Love this hospital.
