My daughter and I both got orthodontic treatement from Dr. Christian. He did not even mention the impacted tooth my daughter had which needed a surgery even before the first phase started. We felt like he cheated us and the treatment was waste. I had approached him for treating my TMJ pain and he misled us by saying that by correcting the over bite the pain will go away. Procedure: Braces for upper and lower jaw Pain: the typical aches which you have everytime they adjust the braces Cost: 6500 $ excluding retainer Treatment duration: Somewhere between 18-24 months Billing: 1 initial down payment followed by monthly payments which where interest free. Insurance covered some part of the cost. Insurance help was good Front desk was friendly. Overall experience was good.
Dr.Christian is a dentist with a good sense of humour and seeks to customize his treatment for different patients. His diagnosis of my orthodontic treatment was on the ball, and he was very patient in his description of the treatment. Quite flexible in his approach.
Dr Christian has treated my daughter for the past 18 mos. The past several months the office calls 2 weeks before the appt. & wants to reschedule due to an emergency. There is never enough seats in the waiting room for us because they schedule to many people @ the same time and we have had to wait up to an hour at times. I contacted my insurance company to make them aware of the issues, this only made matters worse. Because then during my daughters next visit I was told Dr. Christian wanted to see me in the office. He is the best I have known.He loves his family but his present wife Silvya who is the manager of his office keeps him away from his father, mother,brothers ,sisters & kids.It is high time he grew up and did things he loves to do.
Very good, I was very comfortable and satisfied. with the results. The staff was also very professional.
I am not impressed with Dr. Christian. I would never recommend him to anyone. He hounds you about payments that you have already made and his account is never there or her information is rarely correct. The facility is very uncomfortable and as much time as you have to wait, (because he is always late) I would expect something a little less stressful. I have used Dr. Christian as my orthodontist for many years. He has treated my entire family including myself. The results have been phenomenal! His staff is very knowlageable and friendly. I have recommended many of my friends to his office and they have all been satisfied with Dr. Christian's work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am also a patient. Dr. Christian was recommended to my by a general dentist. As I am about to complete ortho with him, I could not confidently recommend him to other patients. He is charming. But his work and work ethic are average at best. He is routinely late, misses appointments or has to reschedule. When in the office he seems to be easily distracted and constantly needs to answer phone calls. His workmanship and technical competency are probably average or better.
