Fraud, UnCaring The doctor took more money from us than he said. He forgets the patients(asks us for our names every appointment), causes bad pain in the mouth, and has a smell of cigarettes. He was arrested a while ago for hurting his fiance. Please don't go to this orthodontist. He's a cheat.
Sr Dr.Christian is a very patient listener,understands our and our childrens needs. Then everything is explained to us by him- Cost,Timing.appointments,retainers and follow up visits.There is nothing hidden nor surprise down the road.He is one of the most trained Drs in the valley with our 25 years of experience. He has excellent hand skills and the finished cases are simply perfect. Hughly recommended
Mr DR. Christian is the only highest trained Dr, in this valley.He is Board Certified and also a Diplomate of the American Boards. His work ethics are excellent and his bedside manners are wonderful,together with his good sense of humour. My childs teeth were perfect and she is into modelling now. My 2nd child currently is going through braces at Dr.Christians. I had visited 4 other Drs before picking Dr.Christian. Do not use this dentist This Dr. collects cash from patients and does not report it. He bills insurances well after the service has been complete. (insurance Fraud) Look him up in public records for Santa Clara County and Sunnyvale, CA. He has been convicted on several cases. Not sure why his wife has not been convicted and why they are still in business.
Good & Experienced Orthodontist, Friendly Staff. Dr. Roy is friendly and good experienced hand. We are currently seeing him for my kid and will be using in future for another.Staff is friendly & qualified. Work with us to plan appointments. We are happy. Highly recommended.
Run away from this person. He will take your cash. He made me believe that I needed braces and I ended up losing a molar because I needed a filling. He is not contracted with dental insurance because he had complaints. He also has domestic violence on his record. Run away!
Doctor advertised as a dentist, but once there and convinced I needed braces, I receive virtually NO more dental treatment. Left with cavities and damage. He gave me a DEEP CLEANING with NO numbing. Very painful. The back office staff was very nice and friendly. Bottom line: Good Orthodontist but keep your regular dentist.
I had braces on for 2 1/2 years with Dr. C. Great experience.
Knows his work. Beware of the financial dealings you have with this man. Very sneaky with insurance.
