I can't remember my Dental assistant's name -- but she was fun, but yet concerned. I was impressed with how Dr. Chris made me feel welcome, but yet stayed focused on the job. Very impressed with you using text. I left my last dentist because of, in my opinion, rudeness at the front desk and the constant badgering about upcoming appointments. Texts and emails are a perfect way for me.

I really like the emails and reminders I received prior to my visit....the receptionist was very friendly as always. It was my first visit for cleaning and she was very good. A+

I appreciate how your staff is timely in getting us in at our appointment time. I also appreciate that if a change in time needs to be made, it can be made for a time close to it, not six months out! :)
