The wait room time has improved tremendously! I used to have to wait for sometimes 30 minutes in the past, which was not good. It's not easy for me to come, as I have extreme anxiety and have had some bad experiences in the past. It's very important that everyone from the front desk, to the assistants and hygienists to the doctor be patient, understanding, comforting and explanatory! Thanks for doing a great job in an expedient manner on my last visit.
