The young ladies you have at the reception area are always smiling and happy. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and represent your business very well.
Everyone did a fantastic job making me feel compfortable. I was really nervous and scared to have a tooth extraction and the dental assistant (dont remeber her name) did everything in her power to make me feel better. I appreciate her calmness and awesome bedside manor. Dr. Willard also was very calming too. He is an amazing dentist and I tell anyone who is looking for a good one to go there. Thankyou for taking such good care of me.

I forgot to get my little dental care gift baggie. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) I am seriously considering my taking money out of savings and get retainers, top and bottom. I will stay in touch. . Medi-care pays close to 80% of their allowable charges which generally leaves 40% payable by the patient. With a secondary insurance company they will pay the 20% Medi-Care does not pay. This leaves 20% for the patient to pay out of pocket. It would be nice if your office looked into some type of acceptable insurance plan that Dr. Willard would accept for his seniors. Blue Cross/ Blue Shield does offer a dental plan that will not break the bank in premium payments. Dr. Willard could become a hero if he accepted insurance pay... read more
