There is absolutely nothing I would change about Dr. Willard and the staff there. I walk in and smile immediately because they always remember my name. I was in a very bad accident that caused extensive dental damage and Dr. Willard and his staff has been so sympathetic, understanding, and patient with me. They are a great team. He is out of network for my dental insurance, and lives 30 miles south of where I moved to, but the extra buck I pay in co-pays and gas are worth every penny!

My Dad was a dentist so I set the bar pretty high. Dr. Willard and his team continually soar over the top!

The staff was great! I felt my initial (new patient) exam was thorough and complete. Having no insurance to cover dental, I was shocked at the cost of the this visit. This is over $100 increase from my previous Dentist in Jefferson City. I realize that technology is a great tool and it appears to be used properly. Would you consider a discount for seniors on fixed income who pay promptly and have no insurance?

Hygienist kept undressing me with her eyes. Room was hot and had to wait too long for my exam.

I've been going to Dr. Willard for almost 20 years and have never had any problems. Staff is friendly and my whole family goes to Dr. Willard.
