My visit was as pleasant as visiting the dentist can be. I felt my dental needs were addressed.

It is very disappointing to have a "dentist" appointment, and the dentist not actually be there. I understand the doc needs time off too, but it would be nice to alert patients in advance if he will not be there, and give them the option to reschedule if the doctor is not going to be in. While the hygentists do a great job cleaning, the doc exam is also a VERY important part of why I come every 6 months.
Always a good experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
The waiting room music was not that great. For me, it was more than a little irritating. :-( Other than that, as long as you keep that inner exam room filled with fans, and cold, I'm as happy as a new puppy in sunshine.
We have never had a bad experience with Dr. Willard's office. I was introduced to a PRN staff Kathy and she lived up to the courteous & thoughtfulness that you get when you go for your appointments. LOVED KATHY! Thanks to all!

I would like to see mirrors put back on the lights so I can watch you all dig around in my mouth. I have never been a fan of dentists but I would like to watch what you all do.
