I would refer this place to everyone I know! Everyone on staff were friendly and professional. My Dental Hygenist & Dr. Willard were great at teaching me how to properly care for my teeth.
You are amazing for everyone in my family. We traveled to Springfield for our dentist appointments before we found Dr. Willard's office.
Everyone is always great to deal With the only complaint is the costs of things, especially crowns. It makes it difficult to have the best things done when the costs are so high, it prevents treatments from occuring when they should be since everything is so outrageously priced.
Everyone there is so pleasant to talk to and it really is a joy to be treated well and my teeth problems are met with such care and ease of mind.
The staff is so nice and professional. Dr. Willard is very kind, gave me the opportunity to ask questions which he answered, and I feel the quality of his dentistry is excellent. I LOVED that little pillow under my head! That was a first for me and the most comfortable I've ever been sitting in a dental chair. How lucky I am to visit the area and have dental work done, too!
