I have lived in the Branson area for over 8 years. I have visited 3 dentists during this time. My only regret is not having chosen Dr. Willard in the first place!!! Work that was done previously has had to be done over. Dr. Willard and staff are truly professionals. Plus, my wife loves the office and staff too!

Because of the nerve damage in my lip I should have had a more experienced tech, with no suction tube hanging on my lip.

My visit took significantly longer than anticipated due to a very chatty hygienist. Which is fine if she can work and talk but I bet at least 20 min was wasted after the cleaning had started because she would stop to talk.
