The staff was very kind and accommodating when I called with an emergency situation. I liked Dr. Willard and everyone I met at the office.

Your staff is great, as always, none better! This was one of the most painless "crown" experiences I've had (except for the price). Seems the price has gone way up for a crown. $850 is too much in my opinion, although this may be a competitive rate - I don't know. It seems like I've paid much less in the past for a crown. This wouldn't cause me to go elsewhere, but I might consider checking prices next time ???
Kathy was my Hygienist. She uses an unorthodox sequence for cleaning, in which the process begins with polishing. I don't know if that is an improvement or not, but will have to say that my teeth felt clean afterwards. Kathy did an excellent job of explaining things, and keeping me informed. I always appreciate the professionalism and excellent service I receive throughout my visits - thank you!
Really appreciated Stephanie's service and attention to my cleaning. She did a very good job and Dr Willard is always very good to check and explain things. Thanks very much.
