Five stars all the way. I always feel like I am getting the best care possible. First time in a LONG time I have felt like I am "up to date" with my dental care. Great Doc! Great staff! 😀

When I first arrived, I was told that I needed to update my medical records, when in fact that they were updated on line. Tried to make a cleaning appointment 3 times in April using your automated online system, with no results. Told at the end of my appointment that the system was still not working, yet you sent that out to all your patients! Headrest was painful during cleaning, and only afterward was I aware that I could have had a pillow. Had to have 2 sets of x-rays done, due to faulty software. No estimate of my crown ... read more
Dental assistant was very nice and explained everything. Though I didn't understand why Dr Willard pushed around on my throat glands. I was very satisfied with the care all together. I work with guests from out of town. When they need urgent dental care; I've sent them to Dr Willard. They have always been pleased with the services.
Don't remember names due to my first time back in over 10 years but I must say everyone was so friendly and professional in the services I received.
It seems like every time I come in for my cleaning either it's a very good experience, or I leave feeling a little bit disappointed. The cleaning I had a few days ago was not as thorough as my previous one. The hygienist I had is very good. She is the same one I had six months ago. I feel like since it was lunchtime and everyone was trying to get done for the day my cleaning was not as thorough. The doctor came in to do my exam in the middle of the cleaning. My name is Ron (legally, Ronnie). Never been a Ronald. Great office experience, thorough exam, and cleaning from Cindy. Dental services is very important to me and I feel very confident in your care.
The dental assistant didn't introduce herself or explain that I was getting X-rays. I wasn't sure what was going on for the first few minutes while the ladies were trying to figure new equipment set up behind me.
