Dr. Willard has so many patients to take care of at once he doesnt have time to properly take care of my needs. I left feeling pain in my teeth and gums and he didnt properly address the problems. He pulled a tooth that was vital to my partial staying in properly without having a plan so i wouldnt be left without the ability to chew food. He doesnt convince me that he wants to do whats best for me.
Heather is amazing. She was very accommodating and friendly. I always love talking with Cheri and Annette at the front desk. They make me feel welcome.
Always a great visit, really treated well by the people that work there.
Courteous professional and friendly peoplee. Open honest and timely communication. I highly recommend Dr. Willard especially if you don't like going to the dentist, he makes it easier to go.
The baking soda cleaning of braces are very messey and wet not sure how to improve
communication problems resulted in a longer time in the chair.
