In the matter of a month counselor did telehealth visit and was unsure how to get on when I got on it said she was on and then she never connected and told office staff I was more than 15 minutes delayed which is a lie. So I then told her staff to cancel all my visits and then she personally called me to tell me that she didn’t see me on the video visit and apologized for this. My husband and I have seen two of the counselors, Dr. Luke Dalfiume and Dr. Mikell McCray, here at Christian Psychological Associates at their Normal, IL office. Both are very friendly and professional. They have helped us work out several marital problems (specifically Dr. Dalfiume) and myself with difficult depression struggles (with Dr. McCray). I highly recommend their practice.
