I have tried for over a month to get an appointment with Dr. Bonasso due to excruciating pain in my lower back. The scheduling staff can not figure out if my insurance is accepted or not, Ohio PPO Connect. I have called multiple times to follow-up only to be cold transferred to voicemails.
