Dr Kikuchi fixed my broken left foot so when I had been told by others my right foot pain was: gout, achilles heel, heel spur or arthritis I saw dr Kikuchi. Office staff in Kona were great. Dr determined I had osteoarthitis reviewed all methods of treatment and I went with a shot while using a portable xray. I continue to be pretty much pain free. I highly recommend Dr Kikuchi!

Had a Lisfranc foot fracture. Was 1 month before I went in to have it xrayed (thought it was a sprain). Two bones broken. Dr Kikuchi was direct, thorough, and identified the problem quickly. Treatment was next day, with 3 screws to hold my foot together. Then months later, the removal of the screws so the foot would heal normally. Good sense of humor from him helped quite a bit ! Entire staff was incredibly inconsiderate. Waited over an hour and a half to not be seen. Had to leave to attend another appointment. Returned days later. Spent 2 minutes looking at my ankle after an hour wait. Immediately scheduled a followed up for 2 months later. Within the next 2 weeks, I lost complete feeling in my ankle. Attempted to call for 10 days straight. I had previously left voice messages and did not get a response. I have called every day 20-30 times per day with no response. The office staff is superb in scheduling and made sure that all of my X-rays were available I was seen on time and Dr Kukuchi explained my diagnosis clearly.
