Super friendly staff. Almost zero wait time. Dr. Kofron does a great job.
My experience with Dr. Kofron was a very positive one. He is cordial, professional and extremely competent.His technical assistant Heather is a gem. She has a gift in putting patients at ease and making them comfortable. She made me a temporary bridge which is comfortable and appears natural. As always Dr. Kofren and the staff at Dental Care of Nixa are efficient and caring. My question and concerns were considered and/or answered. The atmosphere is happy and everyone looks like they enjoy their jobs, which is rare these days.
Staff is always very friendly. Cleaning was quick and efficient with no discomfort. I never have any complaints when I visit Dental Care of Nixa. Well, OK, just one complaint. My appointment was at 8:00 AM. I walked into the waiting room a few minutes before the hour. The TV was on and the volume was up. All that cacophonous noise was too stressful and jarring first thing in the morning. I was about ready to get up and go wait outside until I was called.
