Long story short, after using this office for several years I had a terrible experience when Dr. Pilgrim put in a crown that ended up with an abcess in my gum which led to having to get oral surgery for the entire tooth to be extracted and cadaver bone put in. The ensuing abcess infection from the crown that Dr. Pilgrim put in is now going to cost me thousands of additional dollars, pain and time before I have a tooth again. The office staff are the most insensitive people I’ve ever met in my life. While my husband was getting work done and I sat in the office I heard them mock and talk down about every client they encountered on the phone or in person. just had 6 teeth prepped for crowns. incredible Doctor and staff made my experience the easiest, painless and most comfortable visit I have ever had!
