An exceptional experience ! Dr. Stevoff and staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding to me considering the ordeal of patient prep and the imminent procedure. Highly recommend !
Very comfortable and well cared for
Unprofessional staff. Made an appointment and then they call me back 2 weeks later that they shouldn’t have made that appointment and they can book me for 2 months later. They were not willing to accommodate or even apologize for scheduling me wrong the first time.
Dr. Stevoff has exceeded all of my expectations for a competent and responsive doctor. I email Dr. Stevoff through Northwestern's MyChart program and he almost always responds within an couple of hours. He has answered countless questions about my new diagnosis, medicines, etc. Using MyChart, he has switched my medications (without requiring me to take off work for an office visit) based on my symptoms and even checked up on me after doing so. With Dr. Stevoff, you are in the best of hands.
Very competent and thorough, great listener,caring, kind. Always calls personally regarding test results and accomodates urgent schedulings. Have been seeing Dr. Stevoff for over a year, couldn't ask for a better GI doctor.
Actively malicious scheduling. Didn't return my calls for a week. Called back within 30 minutes of scheduling with Dr Shapiro downtown. They cancelled my appointment with Dr Shapiro and scheduled me for a Friday with Dr Stevoff. Dr Stevoff doesn't work on Fridays! I received the bowel prep kit but got no instructions or appointment confirmation. Luckily I figured out something was wrong and called NW scheduling on the day prior. They straightened it out and I'm back with Dr Shapiro
He is a very understanding and educated Physician. I highly recommend him. His staff was so very helpful and friendly.
Office staff was uneducated, unprofessional, and rude. Active GI bleed and they wanted to schedule in a month. Had to call them back 3 times to push for earlier! Then we arrive late (15-20 minutes) due to bad traffic and we live in the far suburbs, we were spoken to like a child by the nurse, waited over 3 hours and told it would be another hour and decided to leave. I work in the medical field and have NEVER experienced such poor treatment. Unprofessional.
He is amazing. I really had a great experience. Loved his personality and work.
