First of all the entire staff I interacted with at Northwestern was awesome. Dr. Stevoff was very professional and educational. Was able to answer all my questions as well as reassure me of my concerns. Would highly recommend and I will be contacting his office in 5 years.
Very nice doctor. Approachable, knowledgeable and good and what he does. My experience with Dr. Stevoff was positive.
I have no issues with Dr. Stevoff himself but the office stuff seems uneducated, unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Difficult to schedule an appointment. Long wait times (several month). Call back requests take days, maybe even a week No clear answers to specific questions. They all seem hurried and treat you as if you’re a nuisance to them. Not much consideration is given to a patient but they are very helpful when taking your payment.

Dr stevoff explained clearly the present issues with my elderly mother. He showed kindness sensitivity and patience! We are happy to have found this dr .
Dr. Stevoff made the colonoscopy experience as pleasing as possible. He was congenial and welcoming and effectively communicated the exam details and results. The entire support and nursing staff were also pleasant, positive and welcoming.
Had two endoscopies done without any problems. The second one confirmed that the esophageal irritation had resolved. I could have used a clearer explanation of the urgency of the repeat endoscopy before the second procedure since I did not know until afterwards that it was to rule out a precancerous condition.
Excellent care start to finish!
He is matter-of-fact and efficient, while providing quality care. I appreciated my time with him.
