The worst thing I could ever do is call their office at any time of the day and they put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.(with no answer) I suggest more front desk workers. Or a representative office to take over. It’s ridiculous!!! I only come for 1 thing and can’t get a question answered cause all they care about is putting you on hold.
Receptionist is very rude , groan and rolls her eyes when she has to do her job and the doctors look over things and try to make you pay for their mistakes
