I hate this doctor. He gives multiple patients same time slots and keep them waiting for 3-4 hrs . If you talk to his front desk they will say do you want to cancel this appointment. Yeah after waiting for 2 hrs they ask you this . But if you are late by 20 mins and or cancel last minute you have to pay fine. This is ridiculous. I have never seen so unprofessional doctor
Please don’t go to this doctor . He is always two hours late for his every singles appointment. I canceled my two appointments after driving for 50 minutes, waiting for 2 hrs and not seeing this unorganized doctor.
AVOID ! Practice is either incompetent or intentionally deceptive. We made an appointment, they checked our insurance (United Health) and we were accepted. When we arrived for the appointment they told us they did not take our insurance. We waited months to get in and then we find out they lied to us. I guess they hoped we'd pay out of our pocket. I have been treating with Dr Cabrera for several years and he remains consistent, attentive and professional. He takes the time to listen to my concerns with compassion. I have never felt like I was just another patient being rushed in and out like I have experienced at other practices/providers. Dr. Cabrera has made a huge difference in the quality of my life and I am extremely grateful for that.
