I was shocked to see a 4.9 rating for Christian Bros. This place ripped my wife off by playing on her lack of knowledge of cars. During an oil change, they talked her into a new engine air filter and charged $60 for it. But I had just changed the filter a month or two before, and the original was still clean. The replacement of her air filter literally takes 30 seconds because of it's easy location to access, and a new filter like they put in is less than $5. No labor and a $5 air filter for $60? Good service and reasonable
Complete waste of my time and day. Dropped vehicle off at 730am for the day to be looked at for a quote as directed by the Elijah at the front desk the day prior. Elijah stated the day prior that if I could bring ithe truck in the following day they would get the truck up on the rack and it would only take them 10-15 mins to do an inspection and provide a quote. Left vehicle all day for a 15 min inspection. Called at 500pm to check status as I had not heard a peep, got the run around on the phone for 10 mins about the status... read more
