It pains me to have to write this, all 3 of our vehicles use to be serviced here and we use to really like this place. But no more after this latest issue, as one of their techs apparently stripped out the oil pan bolt on my BMW M550. I went to have the oil changed on it at the BMW dealership after it had been as CB’s last time, and the BMW tech called me and said that whoever did the oil last had used an improper tool to put the oil pan screw plug back in and stripped it out. If I could give no stars I would! This company used to work on air air suspension for jeeps and now they don't? my friend has a similar jeep and just had his serviced here. I think this kid Greg I talked to must have been new he sounded very confused thought I was talking about tires! You should probably train your very green office help even if this was just a secretary the confusion was obvious and maybe you should ask some one else working there with more knowledge or better yet not let him answer phones yet till he knows... read more
Great shuttle & customer service, highly recommend!
I liked the friendliness, shuttle ride, and cookie. But even more so, I appreciated the good communication and the honesty about what needed to be fixed and what didn’t. The work was done in a timely manner, and they identified and replaced lug nuts that had been cross-threaded at another shop.
