We took our Acadia here yesterday, because the front end was making a noise. It ended up needing new sway bars on the front. CBA fixed it up and the truck is driving great! It was the first time there and I was impressed with the service, customer care, and the cleanliness of the facility. When has anyone ever said that about an automotive repair facility? It was so clean and nice!

I am in transition trying to relocate to the area. My Jeep Liberty started chugging really hard at idle and the service engine light was flashing. I typically stay away from chains but CBA was able to get me in right away on a Monday when others could not. They could see the misfire on diagnostics but could not replicate the behavior. I had a motor mount replaced in my Tahoe about six months ago. The new mount that was installed failed so I called and asked if their was a warranty or if they could help me out. Doug was awesome and told me that they would replace it for free!!! They brought me in the next day, replaced the bad motor mount and said Thank you after they were done. Thanks Doug for superior service and customer service!!!!! I am a customer for life. Thanks to the crew that performed the work as well!!!
Driving on I-75, four hours from home when my alternator went out. Service Mgr Doug Branscum took me in right away and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. Turned an unpleasant experience in to a positive one. Great company to do business with and fairly priced.
