UPDATE: this business responded to make themselves look good. I didn’t bring my vehicle with check engine lights on, my low coolant sensor was THE ONLY THING on. They didn’t offer to do a diagnostic, they stated they needed to inspect and submit it to the warranty company for approval of the repair and I advised them my warranty company already received a write up and approved repairs to the dealership. Went for a wheel alignment which was fine, no issue, then was asked what time would I need to have it picked up. I told them 2:30? I dropped off at 7:45. Got a message saying they were at lunch and would get back with me when they returned. It was now 2:00 no call, so I called and they wanted to fix my control arm brushing( I think that's what it's called). They wanted to charge me 1,800, multiple people told me dont do it.
