They provided detailed information, kept me informed throughout the process, and were transparent about the pricing. Thank you so much!
Incredibly dismissive whiny guy on the phone from a lousy company with 5 guys inside browsing the internet on the computer while they sweat out a mechanic doing all the work. You ask why on something and all they suggest is to come let them try and make you look stupid for $160 while you're left to self diagnose an issue that was a non-event before the misfortune of having visited their poorly run and coordinated shop.
