The Good: The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As for the repair itself, the technician did an excellent job replacing the rear main seal on my Chevy Cobalt. The fix has held up perfectly for about 3,000 miles so far with no further leaks. The Bad: Unfortunately, communication and quality control missed the mark.
