Editing as of 3/21/25: My jeep caught fire and was totaled out. I had it towed to Christian Brothers not knowing the extent of what was going to happen. Brandon helped through every single step of the way dealing with my insurance and walking me through the process. Even though it was totaled and no work was done, they went above and beyond to provide customer service and ensure I was taken care of. I took my car here to have the windshield wipers replaced. They accidentally cracked the windshield when installing the new windshield wiper blades an inconvenience yes but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation they came to my house, picked up my car replaced the window and returned my car and didn’t charge me for the windshield wiper blades. Everything was covered great service.
