If I could give a 0 stars I would this place is a scam tried to upscale me a 5,500 part saying its was going to be 7,000 and another 3k to put the part in when questioning this they couldn’t give me a reason they tried to say that’s what does sales them for and in fact they do not I personally called my does dealership and they quoted me 5.500 for a new transmission so right there caught them in a lie and then I ask them why my Radio quit working if it was a transmission issue and my radio had been working that day prior and... read more
Took my minivan with 211k miles in expecting to get brakes done since they were squealing and uneven slowing from freeway speeds. They inspected and said the issue wasn't the brakes, but the control arms, shocks, and struts. Instead of a $900 repair, they recommended $4,700 worth of repairs and warned if I didn't do them at the same time it would be an extra thousand dollars. More than half of the vehicle's value!
