I always receive prompt service at Christian Brothers. The staff is courteous and friendly, and they provide a detailed description of the services needed. Their prices are reasonable, and they stand by their work. Finding a trustworthy repair shop can be challenging, but I’ve found one. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy they showed. They explained exactly what needed to be done, sent me photos, and always stayed in communication with me throughout the job.
I had a pleasant experience getting my brake pads and rotors replaced. I appreciated that they provided an inspection report detailing and showing their findings. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and the technician’s honesty when he advised that although all of my brake pads and rotors were old, only the front ones needed replacing now while the rear ones could wait several thousand miles more.
