We were really happy with the customer service initially, we had a front end noise from the start...after about 6 visits, over $2000 in various fixes we still have front end noise�the sad thing is I called to express my latest concern and asked for a copy of all the work we’d had done so far,that we wanted another mechanic to see what was done, the man on the phone says”sure come pick up the papers” opportunity number **1 to save a customer....then we went in and explained to second gentleman why were there **2nd opportunity... read more

They did an awesome job on my vehicle!!!!! It was done the day they said it would be, very timely. Explained to us exactly what they did, and what they quoted was exactly what they charged!!!!! Very pleased and will be taking it back there again!!!

Loved the text messages telling me what stage of service my car was at. Plus the shuttle to/from my job, and the phone call to confirm what work I actually wanted done that day (after they ran analytics on the car). No pressure to do more than the original plan. Awesome experience!
