I am updating my review for service I received today! Once again, CBA did NOT disappoint! I had a slow leak from running over a nail and didn’t notice it until the start of a very busy day. With the weather being bad, driving with my son, and school and work at 930am they were able to fit me in with no notice. I called, they said they didn’t want me driving on it so to just come in and they would fix it. I was elated because the last thing I needed was to be stranded because of a flat! About 2 weeks ago, I called Christian Brothers Automotive to set up an appoint for a check up on my Dodge Grand Caravan, they went ahead and set up my appointment for a Thursday 4pm and I was there on time. To my dissatisfaction and disappointment, someone walked out the office and told me that my appointment had been canceled and that they couldn’t work on my vehicle, which would have been understandable had they called me earlier to inform me so that I couldn’t do the drive to the shop and waste my time. Our first experience with CBA was a year ago when our daughter’s car broke down nearby and we had it towed there as the closest option. They were very professional and courteous during that encounter, but we didn’t choose to go back right away because it is a bit of a distance from our home.
