While I would have been the first to give a good review... I have to say I'm disappointed. I took my car in at 8:45am this morning for JUST A DIAGNOSIS. I was told I would be updated every so often. Got a courtesy ride back home. I didnt get the text that they were looking at my truck until around 1PM. THEN.. 4PM.. still NOTHING. So I call. I'm told the person working on my car STILL doesnt know what's wrong. AFTER 8 HOURS. THEN IM TOLD ID GET CALLED BACK IN A FEW MINUTES.. NO CALL..So finally.. Although we spent over 3 hours of testing and inspecting various engine components, we needed more time to ensure we thoroughly examined your vehicle to find the issue. Blew up our trucks transmission and broke other parts saying they wouldn’t fix it. Took the truck in for them to listen to a sound in the truck and ended up having no vehicle for a week and a half. The lack of communication and then refusing to find us a rental vehicle we will not use them again.
Do not come here!! They’re a scam. My car sat there from Monday to Friday and nothing got fixed. I had to call them to get updates. When I called they asked if they could look further into the transmission. Which I said yes, (duh) what they failed to mention was that is was going to take 2hours and cost me an extra $225 on top of the 1hr ($100 something) diagnostic they had already did. Never again! Over $300 for nothing! On a 98 ford contour people!!! Wtf

We were from out of town and driving through Holland when our brakes began to grind. These guys made room to get us right in and were able to relax in their comfy lounge. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
