After the first time my husband utilized Christian Brothers and the manager stepped up, stepped in and corrected a mistake, I thought now since my husband has passed away, I want to see if I can utilize someone local rather than going to the dealer in a different county. I was wrong. I will definitely return here. The staff was courteous and they have systems in place to keep the customer informed every step of the way.
Kevin, Jeff and Todd are top notch. They've taken such great care of us and our vehicles since we moved to Grayson a few years ago. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I took my car in for service on my brakes. They advised me what they were going to do and would let me know there finding's. They were very courteous and professional. This was a first time for me and I will definitely use them again.
I took my car in this morning to figure out what was wrong with it. They called me when said they would and gave me the price for what it would take to fix $$$$. My car needs work done that is for sure, as for now I'm giving them 4 stars. I haven't picked up my car yet so I can't fully judge the work that is being done. However they have been honest and told me exactly what needs fixing. For the amount that I am spending, everything should run smoothly. I'll give my final review after I pick it up tomorrow.
These people are THE BEST! I've taken my car here for a few years now and I highly recommend them! They are honest and trustworthy, they do GREAT work, the facility is nice and VERY clean...AND they will drive me somewhere if I need to go somewhere while my car is in with them. Seriously - they are SO great! Very thankful for them!!!!
