Had them replace a headlight and when i got the car back another light that was fine going in was out. Tried 3 times to get it fixed but keep getting told they dont have time. Also had new tires aligned and balanced a few months ago and now one tire is so worn on the inner edge I'm having to replace it for safety. Two services done, both badly done and now my safety is at risk.
RecommendedVery friendly and welcoming! Showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment & they were still ready to take me! Needed a break light replaced which took no time! I was in & out before my actual appointment time! Definitely will be coming back!

Christian Brothers is the Chik-fil-a of automotive repair! Great customer service and friendly staff. Even gave me a ride home! I have heard some people say they are expensive, that may be, but i had a work truck down and they fixed it in a day! I could have lost money with the down time! Also, they did not attempt to up-sell anything! I will be coming back for sure. Hopefully not to soon though.
Excellent experience. My car died last weekend. Got it up to the Grayson location on Tuesday. They got my car back to me in no time, plus they had it washed for me. Todd was up front about everything I needed and made sure I understood why. Couldn't imagine getting my car fixed anywhere else.
I love and appreciate Christian Brothers Automotive. They have a heart for single mothers and they have helped many with automobile repair and not charged. This is a wonderful group of men and they have always done a good job preparing my vehicles.
