Brought my daughters Jeep in for "squeaky" brakes. The back brake pads had been previously replaced about 3 months prior. Did not disclose this information. Received quote for approximately $1,800 worth of work in order to fix "squeaky" brakes. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS FOR 8 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING. I ARRIVED 0730 AND SPOKE WITH THE LITTLE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE AND COME BACK BECAUSE IT COULD BE ABOUT 3 HRS, AND TO PUT THE CAR ON THE DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE WILL COST ME $110.00. I WAS OK WITH THAT, FOR MY SAFETY ON THE ROAD MONEY WAS NO OBJECT I WOULD NOT HAVE MINDED WAITING BUT SINCE THEY HAD SHUTTLE SERVICE I AGREED TO GO BACK TO MY MOMS HOME. OH! Had trouble getting my key battery replaced. The local auto shop and YouTube were no help! Thankfully Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson took great care of me and had the battery replaced in just a few minutes! Thank you!!!
I just had my car fixed up here, and I have to say I have never had a better experience! I was greeted at the door and my oil change and filter replacements were fitted in immediately, despite not having an appointment. The inspection report was readily available on my phone as it was happening. I can't recommend this business enough! I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future.
