The staff is very friendly, honest, and helpful. I received prompt, excellent service today, though I did not have an appointment. The establishment is very modern, clean, and well-kept. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well-stocked with the necessary amenities. The lobby is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.
Christian Brothers quoted me $2100 to fix my van by replacing many parts (spark plugs & wires, coils, alternator, catalytic converter, and more). I just couldn't afford to put that much money into a 12 year-old van. My boyfriend convinced me to let him "tinker" with it first. Today after reading the engine code p0302 for the Dodge Grand Caravan he made the decision to replace the spark plugs and wires and coils. I was once a loyal CBA customer, taking all of our vehicles to be serviced. However, I have since had an interesting experience. Went in April to get a brake job. CBA ordered the parts and completed the job. A short while later, maybe 3 weeks or so, the vehicle developed a loud rattle coming from the rear. It sounded like dinner plates rattling together. My family and I had used another shop in the Newnan area for years and it got to the point that when we took a vehicle there they would look for a reason to make you spend more money on things you did not even take the vehicle there for and at times were rude about it! I have used these guys on 2 of my vehicles and have plans to start using them on all of them. They do quality work and are very customer oriented.
