Horrible customer service. Took my truck in and told them the issues it had. I wanted a quote to fix the problems. It Took almost 2 hours to come back and tell me the problems I already told them it had. They charged me $130 for pretty much nothing. Nothing close to a great “Christian” experience. I would not recommend or ever go back. They did give me a quote of $950 to “fix” the problems but said they couldn’t warranty it because they weren’t sure it would even fix it.
Thank you to the wonderful team at Christian Brothers Automotive. My husband is deployed and I let his car sit for 6 months without starting it. He is coming home this weekend and I went to start the car. Battery dead. AAA gave me a jump and my car limped into their center. They fit me in immediately and within an hour I was out the door with a new battery and thorough system check. Truly the very nicest people you will ever meet. I drove my car in for an alignment at 8:30 am on Friday in what was supposed to be 45-90 min service. I went to pick it up at 6 pm. It was not complete and I was told we had a brake fluid leak and that the brake caliper was locking up. We went from a drivable car to one that could not be driven and from an $80 service charge an to an over $600 estimate for parts and labor. We had our car towed to another mechanic where they found nothing wrong with the caliper and no brake fluid leak. Do not use this shop!
Went there after being told it was an alternator issue.... they re-assessed and determined the battery was the only issue.... that’s integrity, something we can easily be skeptical about in auto service.
Amanda is an awesome woman and should be celebrated for her entrepreneurial spirit. Christian Brothers and Amanda do an amazing job of connecting with the community and supporting those in need. Can’t recommend enough.
