When we purchased our vehicle, we made it very clear that there were features we would want to pay to have added at a later date. We were told that it would not be a problem and were given a quote. When we went in 2 weeks later to have the features added, we were told that they don't even make it for our vehicle and the after-market part was more than double what we were even quoted for what should have been the factory version. I have been waiting for almost a year now for a refund check on some gap insurance that I was talked into getting. I just keep being told that the check was lost or no one knows what happened to it. As of last check, I should have gotten it no later than last week. Guess what- I still don't have it!!!
Was there only 25 minutes when I was lied to. First time and last time looking at any vehicle on their lot.

My girlfriend and I got a 2016 Chevy trax and love the car but to be honest hated the customer service... until recently the General Manager goes above and beyond to make things right... genuinely good person and Misty is a genuine salesperson, remembers you and your family, and doesn't pressure you at all to buy. Glad that there are still some good people out there!
They really did go above and beyond out there this evening. David and Is work schedule didn't allow us to be there during normal hours of operation however, the people down there came BACK IN after hours so we could get our paperwork done.
