I would like to say my service here is great. Employees like Hailey Hayes & Courtney Money whom I have dealt with the most are outstanding at their jobs. It's employees like them that build a long-term customer relationships. Friendly,helpful & knowledgeable and go out of there way to meet your needs. I highly recommend these 2 ladies!
Like the car and appreciated the dealer. My father was most unimpressed and misses the small town dealership relationship that is fading away. Big dealerships with fancy facilities and gadgets fail to connect with smaller cities and farming communities. If this one proves me wrong, then I hope they benefit Crawfordsville in the best of ways. Service department was great. Exceeded expectations, especially with my extended warranty company trying to get around of a covered component. Tim was a great rep and did all he could to be sure that myself was getting everything fixed and sent on my way, with a new set of tires with the greatest deal in town, the techs and Tim did a great job on a used car to be sure it drove like it just came off the lot, great work by the Christi Hubler team!

Recently, I had the misfortune of hitting a pothole in Indianapolis but at the same time was fortunate enough to have Christi Hubler Chevrolet staff on my side. Due to the damage that was incurred I had to replace a rim on my new car, as well as have my car realigned. Justin Sheets in the Service Department went well above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. They did everything they could to put me in a brand new car and did just that good honest people thanks Phil and Jim and all at the hubler Chevrolet family
Terrible customer service. Car is under warrenty and they didn't provide a loaner. Never called to let us know what was going in. Car was taken in on a Monday, was to be done Wednesday or Thursday of same week...We got it back the following Tuesday. They didnt call to let us know it was done. When we picked it up it had mud all over the drivers door inside and out, all over the floorboard, seat, stearing wheel and heater controls.
