Chrissy Baker is an incredible realtor. I was selling a house in Austin, which is about an hour's drive. She went to the house often, both when I was there and when I couldn't get there. During a cold snap, she covered all of my outdoor faucets and made sure the water was running inside of the house. She waited at the house for a window repairman to come.
